Adapted from the coming-of-age novel by S.E. Hinton, The Outsiders is coming to Broadway to tell the story of a group of misfits, brotherhood, and family.
Directed by Obie award winner Danya Taymor, the musical includes songs by Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance from the band Jamestown Revival.
Apart from the duo, the electrifying musical numbers of the play have also been written by Tony Award winner, Justin Levine.

Danya Taymor of 'Pass Over' is at the directorial helm of the musical, while the catchy sound score has been composed by Jamestown Revival and Justin Levine. Talented stars Brody Grant and Sky Lakota-Lynch play the roles of Tonyboy and Johnny respectively.

The Story

The plot focuses on a 14-year-old boy, Ponyboy Curtis, and his friend Johnny Cade, who are part of a gang known as the Greasers. Set in a background of gang rivalry, the story follows the 2 protagonists as they fight for what belongs to them. Will Curtis and Johnny survive? Will they find their purpose in the world?
