Neil Simon Theater
The Neil Simon Theater, situated at 250 West 52nd Street, debuted in November 1927 with the motion picture Funny Face, starring Fred and Adele Astaire. The theater was created by real estate tycoon Alexander Pincus and noted architect Herbert J. Krapp. The Nederlander Organization bought the Alvin Theater in 1977 and renamed it the Neil Simon Theater in honour of the famed American playwright Neil Simon.

I bought front row center seats for MJ and it was incredible. I'm forever spoiled for all future shows. Being up close and personal for the performance was well worth the cost. Could not be happier!

The show was awesome. Easy to get into theatre etc. The fee was high for purchase. I would look for other options when buying again.
