Value for money seats

• Orchestra: Center Orchestra, rows E-M are more affordable than premium seats and avoid the Mezzanine overhang. Inside aisle seats in the Left and Right Orchestra are cheaper while offering a fairly head-on view of the stage.
• Mezzanine: Rows F-M in the Center Mezzanine provide distant but comprehensive views at a lower price.
  

Best views of the stage

• Orchestra: Rows A-D in the Center Orchestra offer an immersive experience with detailed views of the show. These seats are highly sought after for their proximity to the stage and excellent sightlines.
• Mezzanine: Rows A and B in the Center Mezzanine are expensive but provide elevated sightlines. These seats offer a full sweep of the stage, ideal for appreciating bright and busy musical numbers.

• The Orchestra is the largest and most expensive section divided into Left, Right, and Center areas by aisles. The best seats are in the front half of the Center Orchestra, offering unobstructed, immersive views.
• Seats toward the rear and double-digit seats in the Left and Right Orchestra have more partial views due to the angle and distance.
• The Mezzanine overhang starts at row J, affecting sightlines most significantly after row S. Aisle seats offer better legroom, but far sides and back corners have more restricted views.
• The Orchestra has seven wheelchair and eight transfer seats, with companion seats available. The entire section is step-free.

Mezzanine

• Sightlines remain good in the back rows but can feel more distant, with minor obstructions possible from the Mezzanine overhang. Far side seats in the Left and Right Mezzanine have the most restricted views.
• The Mezzanine is only accessible by stairs and may not be suitable for patrons with limited mobility. However, six transfer seats are available. Prices are highest in the front Center Mezzanine and decrease towards the back and sides, offering good value seats for those on a budget.
