• The Orchestra section of the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater is unique in its construction and layout, its most notable seating feature being that it has only one section.
• The singular section surrounds the 3/4 thrust stage in the center, wrapping around it such that the seats at the end are nearly at par with the rear of the stage. The entire section is also raked, giving it the appearance of an amphitheater.
• The section has seven rows split across five subsections: Left, Left Center, Center, Right Center, and Right.
• The Center section offers the best and clearest views of the stage, especially from the front-row seats, which often go for premium rates.
• The most affordable seats are in the rear rows and along the sides, particularly the seats at the outer ends. On account of distance from the stage and a steep angle, these seats experience some sightline restrictions.

• Orchestra: This section has options for wheelchair users, including step-free seating access, transfer seats, and designated wheelchair and companion seating. It also offers seating for patrons with low vision in addition to assistive listening devices.
